Account details (name, email, phone), enrolment and progress data, payment metadata processed by our payment gateway, support communications, and usage/analytics data.

To provide courses and live classes, process payments, send transactional emails (sign-in codes, receipts, reminders), provide support, and improve the service.

We share data only with processors that run the service — e.g. our hosting and database provider, our email provider, the payment gateway, and (where enabled) video hosting, messaging, and AI evaluation providers. Some processors may store data outside India.

If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures and retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
